Yes! When I come to assess the job, I will work out the best type of boiler for your home. As a result I can then convert and alter the system to suit.

Most installations are completed within 1 day. However, a conversion from one system to another can take 2 or more days.

Yes! When I survey the job, we can discuss moving the boiler to another location.

When I survey the job, a heat loss calculation will be done to ensure you have the correct size of boiler fitted.

Do you have radiators with cold spots, ones that take longer to heat up than others, ones that don’t heat up at all, or indeed a noisy boiler or pump? These are all signs that your system could potentially be full of sludge and should be powerflushed.

The following is included in your boiler installation:

  • Boiler and flue
  • Wireless thermostat
  • Scale reducer
  • Magnetic filter (where appropriate)
  • Chemical pack treatment
  • System balance

Depending on your budget, I fit our boilers with a minimum of 5 years warranty. However, most do come with a 10 year warranty.

The boiler must be fitted by a Gas Safe Registered engineer to the manufacturers instructions, and must be serviced annually.

I remove all rubbish including the old boiler and any other scrap.
